You'll find each activity provider's cancellation policy in our platform and mobile applications in details of each activity during the booking process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When you cancel a booking for an activity then the activity provider should approve the cancellation and refund will depend on the Activiti Provider\u2019s cancellation policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If a purchase for the activity that starts in more than 14 days, customers are entitled to a full refund if they cancel within 14 days from the date of purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If an activity has already commenced, any cancellations will be subject to the specific cancellation policy of the activity provider organising the activity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you book an activity via Activili platform or app by paying in advance, the Activity Provider may cancel the Booking with a reason and notice why the activity or course is cancelled.
