
Booking cancellations & Complaints
When making a booking, you accept the applicable policies as displayed in the booking process. You'll find each activity provider's cancellation policy in our platform and mobile applications in details of each activity during the booking process.
When you cancel a booking for an activity then the activity provider should approve the cancellation and refund will depend on the Activiti Provider’s cancellation policy.
If a purchase for the activity that starts in more than 14 days, customers are entitled to a full refund if they cancel within 14 days from the date of purchase.
If an activity has already commenced, any cancellations will be subject to the specific cancellation policy of the activity provider organising the activity.
If you book an activity via Activili platform or app by paying in advance, the Activity Provider may cancel the Booking with a reason and notice why the activity or course is cancelled. If they do, any non-refundable payment you’ve made will only be refunded at their discretion.
We recommend always reviewing the cancellation policy of the specific activity provider when booking an activity.
